RSVP for #CevaTAILgate Twitter Party!

Ceva Animal Health has sponsored this post and the upcoming party, but all opinions are my own.

On Sunday, Feb. 3, the eyes of the world are going to be tuning in for gridiron fun. No, we’re not talking about that game in Atlanta–but the game that cat lovers look forward to all year: the Kitten Bowl! Tune-in to watch #KittenBowl VI on Feb. 3 only on Hallmark Channel, an event which Catego®for Cats is sponsoring!

As you know, Tiki and Barli share their home with three cats: Inca, Jetty and Lucky–so they’re excited by this annual game that not only features feline football fun but a halftime show that showcases adoptable dogs!

Everyone knows a lot of the fun of a football game takes place BEFORE anyone steps on the field, and that’s going to be true with this year’s Kitten Bowl as well! On Friday, Feb. 1 we’re going to be hosting the #CevaTAILgate Twitter Party, sponsored by Ceva Animal Health and Catego®, with tips–and prizes!–specially selected to help you score a touchdown when it comes to keeping your cat safe from fleas and ticks.

You might think winter is “off season” for fleas and ticks but those little blood suckers can still be a BIG problem in these cold months. In fact, in many cases, they can cause more issues because 1) We are less prepared, less protected and our guard is down regarding parasites, and 2) Like us, fleas and ticks find comfort in a warm home to survive the cold. (Not to mention the fact that they can also survive pretty cold temperatures!) That’s why year-round protection is so important.

Catego®for Cats wants to help you enjoy a winning season this winter as you tackle the problem of fleas and ticks. Bring your questions about fleas and ticks to the #CevaTAILgate party when we’ll be giving away prizes from Ceva Animal Health every 10 minutes including Catego®, a topical preventative that protects cats against fleas, ticks, and lice. And we’ll do it all while getting ready to cheer on the adoptable cats and dogs of the Kitten Bowl! We hope you’ll join us to share your pet photos as well as your questions about Catego®–they’ll be on hand to answer your questions!

And, even if you can’t attend the afternoon party, you’ll want to pounce on our RSVP form to be entered to win the pre-party giveaway! You’ll find all the details on the prizes and how to RSVP below; to RSVP, you’ll add your info to the giveaway widget at the end of this post. Be sure to mark your calendar, and we hope to see you at the party!
